Job description:

  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from job description to the first day on the job.
  2. Schedule interviews and manage the candidate communication and experience.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to employees seeking assistance in relation to policies, benefits, payroll, etc..
  4. Provide overall administrative support to the HR Department, including maintaining and processing documentation and records.
  5. Create, maintain and run reports.
  6. Create and proofread documents including but not limited to job descriptions, policies etc.
  7. Promote a positive working environment and be available to employees and management as needed to enhance the employment experience.
  8. Plan and execute events, as assigned.
  9. Coordinate the performance review process and other HR programs.
  10. Analyze data and create summaries.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management. А focus on Human Resources (HR) Management is preferred.
  2. At least 3-5 years of Human Resources experience including experience with recruiting.
  3. Excellent organizational,interpersonal, analytic and communication skills.
  4. Excellent presentation skills.
  5.  Ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  6. Ability to analyze data and present summaries.
  7. Very strong computer skills (Excel, Office, proprietary databases).
  8. Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages.
