Rental Car Agent

Description

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Rental Car Agents, who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while making easier the rental process for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental vehicles for customers
• Issue rental agreements and process payments
• Service customers from downtown and airport offices with shifts
• Perform other duties related to the rental process as needed

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Russian and English
• Valid driving license with minimum 2 years of experience
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of technical aspects of vehicles is a plus
• Ability to work with nightshifts
• Working experience in a relevant field preferably in hospitality is a plus
