Working within a friendly retail team where everyone looks out for each other, teamwork and the ability to build relationships are key to this Sales Associate role. We are looking for Retail Sales Associates who will proactively approach every customer and deliver a true retail customer experience.

Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities

• Greets customers and makes them feel comfortable
• Ensures that customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process
• Supports the Management team and the sales process ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of tasks
• Drives and delivers personal sales and KPI targets by cultivating customer relationships
• Takes responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
• Ensures accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the
  best and relevant products to meet their needs
• Introduces promotions and new products to customers
• Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary
• Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing
• Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
• Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales
• Speaks Armenian and/or Russian and English. The more the better!

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma

• Two years working in the service or retail industry is preferred

• Fashion Sales experience in a client-facing role within the High-End/Premium Retail industry is desirable
