☕ Coffee Processing and Roasting Specialist
📍 *Full-Time | On-Site | Jrvezh, Kotayk Province, Armenia

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented coffee specialist to join our team. If coffee is your passion, you are familiar with roasting equipment, and you care deeply about quality from bean to cup, then we’d love to meet you.

🔧 **Key Responsibilities**

• Operate coffee roasting equipment with accuracy and care.
• Monitor the roasting process to ensure desired flavor and aroma profiles.
• Select, mix, and prepare green coffee beans.
• Perform quality checks through testing and tasting.
• Maintain roasting equipment in good technical condition.
• Manage green and roasted coffee inventory.
• Keep detailed roasting logs and records.
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with team members.

✅ Qualifications

• Knowledge of coffee bean types and roasting technologies.
• Experience in operating and maintaining professional roasting equipment.
• Skills in sensory evaluation and quality control.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain records.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift coffee sacks (up to 60 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Prior experience in coffee roasting or production is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications in food safety, roasting, or beverage production are a plus.
• Knowledge of English or Russian is a plus.

Additional Note

If you don’t yet have experience with coffee roasting technology, we are ready to provide training and education. In that case, technological and engineering knowledge is required.

🕒 Working Schedule

Workdays and hours: 6-day work week, 09:00 – 18:00.
