Radisson Blu hotel, Yerevan is looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated SPA Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients to the spa procedures;
- Answer phone calls;
- Provide detailed information of spa treatments and services to clients;
- Manage reservations, changes, and cancel appointments;
- Process payments from clients for a spa.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English;
- Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment;
- Good knowledge of computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve problem situations in a level-headed manner.
