Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to manage and grow our brand's presence across various social media platforms. Work experience of 1 year in US Market and Good Knowledge of English is a MUST.The Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving audience engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Create compelling and shareable content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with brand voice and objectives. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience and address customer inquiries and feedback.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms, such as Google Photos, Google Plus and Google Analytics Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for social media posts and advertisements
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative social media strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and drive continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organization
