Carrefour Armenia is extending and we are looking for our talented, experienced, innovative and creative Marketing Supervisor to organize whole marketing processes
Responsibilites
- Monitor, analyze and discuss results of advertising campaigns with each district and recommend improvement areas if needed
- Provide monthly report containing action plans, results and area of improvements for each store and district
- Collect market data and share information with the management for further actions if needed
- Propose the yearly department budget and ensure the respect of the approved budget
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
- Find and target audiences in different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Contact influencers for cooperation if necessary
- Increase the brand awareness of the company across different platforms.
- Generate new and creative ideas for the development of the company
- Create eye-catching content in social media
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Graphic design skills
- 1-2 year-experience in related field is required (retail)
- Excellent communication skills for successful negotiations with partners
- Good Knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
Soft Skills
- Multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with analytical, database and advertisement tools
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing page
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to generate new, creative and innovative ideas for business development
