We are an IT company in the growing market of interactive business analytics.
Looking for Sales Manager who can create ways to achieve clients and can find clients himself/herself.

Responsibilities

• Search for new clients
• Active sales
• Communication and advising clients by phone and in correspondence
• Registration of transactions in Bitrix24 CRM
• Identify needs, select solutions and offer them

Requirements

• English level B2
• Understanding the specifics of selling IT products
• For remote work, the presence of a conference room with a neutral background
• Competent clear speech
• Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiating and closing customer objections

Terms

• Remote work on weekdays from 9-00 to 18-00
• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (white salary)
• Schedule 5/2, weekends Sat, Sun
• Salary: base + 5% depending on the achievement of the sales plan, no upper limit.
