Job Description

Majestic Residence is a multifunctional residential complex located at the entrance of Tsaghkadzor. The complex consists of 12 buildings, each with 8-10 floors, and offers modern amenities such as landscaped courtyards, underground and outdoor parking, sports areas, a swimming pool, a spa, coworking spaces, and more.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them from the first interaction to the contract signing.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Communication

  • Engage with potential clients via website, social media, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Viber.
  • Build trustworthy relationships with clients.
  • Provide consultation on mortgage and financing options.

Real Estate Presentation & Sales

  • Professionally present and promote real estate properties.
  • Conduct effective negotiations on project details, pricing, terms, and transaction specifics.

Legal & Documentation Processes

  • Draft and clarify contract terms.
  • Prepare and verify legal documents.
  • Collect and review transaction-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with municipalities and banks to facilitate financing and project approvals.

Organizational & Administrative Skills

  • Plan time effectively and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Organize processes and documentation with precision.
  • Handle challenging situations and conflict resolution professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
  • Ability to drive a car.

Working Conditions

  • Salary: Fixed pay + high commission per sale.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days per week).
