Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Excellent English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
• Optional: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
