Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel and local area, and address any concerns.
• Coordinate room reservations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with guest services, including arranging transportation and booking tours.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Support the hotel team in delivering a memorable stay for all guests.
• Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Russian; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and approachable attitude.
• Interest in Armenian arts and culture is a plus.

Additional Notes

The working schedule is from 09:00-20:00.
