Description

Errand HR's partner company is hiring an import manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with suppliers including placement of the orders and queries.
• Study the market for a list of products related to business processes and formulate an import proposal.
• Organize transportation of goods of the Company from other countries to Armenia and vice versa including working with brokers and handling import clearance.
• Calculating costs and managing payments.
• Monitor cargo orders including value control of every transaction (full cycle).
• Run paperwork accurately for each shipment.
• Keep contact with involved parties professionally to negotiate all needed procedures and arrange cargo transportation.
• Complete and provide reports to the management.
• Perform other job-related duties as may be required by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Higher education.
• At least 2 years of work experience as an Import/Logistics Manager.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented approach.
• Detail-orientation with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Teamwork skills and punctuality.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and result-driven person.
