Nail Master

A Dessange beauty consultant/ beauty advisor has the following duties:

• Master the different beauty techniques (manicure and pedicure)
• Listen to the client and analyse her requests in order to advise her and choose the most appropriate beauty technique
• Apply the different overall beauty techniques (manicure and pedicure, care, etc.) in compliance with DESSANGE protocols
• Promote and sell directly the cosmetic products and services: make-up and care products
• Disseminate marketing operations and partnerships to the clients (workshop, product launch, sales events, etc.)
• Create a sales dynamic of services and products to achieve the salon's quality and quantity targets determined by the salon Manager
• Maintain sale spaces (Open Sell, display racks, makeup case) and ensure compliance with the merchandising recommendation and permanent stocking of display and sale spaces
• Develop customer loyalty by giving her the opportunity to benefit from all the loyalty operations (second appointment card, new client gift, birthday mail, etc.) and preparing her next appointment

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Knowing how to perform a beauty consult
• Know how to sell beauty services and associated products
• Master the male and female manicure and pedicure in compliance with the brand protocols

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SKILLS

• Knowing how to welcome clients to the institute or spa in accordance with DESSANGE customer welcome criteria
• Knowing how to listen, analyze and qualify the client's requests
• Knowing how to advise clients on the use of the products and the most appropriate formulations and colours
• Knowing how to assist and be available for the customer
• Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, being smiling, welcoming and ready to listen
• Being adaptable

COMMERCIAL SKILLS

• Knowing how to sell a product or service

APPEARANCE

Impeccable appearance, being in all circumstances perfectly styled, made up and dressed in accordance with the requirements of the DESSANGE brand image

WORKING CLOTHES

• Wear the required white DESSANGE clothing for beauty consultants (white jacket, white trousers, white top)
• Wear elegant closed black or white shoes with non-skid soles to ensure the beauty consultant/beauty advisor's (M/F) safety

WORKING TOOLS/EQUIPMENT

• In the beauty area the beauty consultant/beauty advisor makes use of:
• The range of products
• Beauty equipment (brushes, etc.)
• The treatment table

TRAINING

Throughout their path in the DESSANGE network, beauty consultants/beauty advisors (M/F) must keep up and maintain their proficiency levels For this purpose, they require regular training and must:

• Follow "activity" training courses at the DESSANGE Training Centre
• Follow training modules and courses on the DESSANGE "Learning Lounge"
• Follow "product" training in order to be able to recommend, sell and use the products distributed in the salon
