YOUR TEAM
You will be joining the COAF Administration team and work under the leadership of Chief Operating Officer.Your duties will include:
- Design, implement and review as needed HR policies, procedures and structures.
- Maintain and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promotions, and terminations.
- Explain human resources policies, procedures and legal requirements to new and existing employees.
- Make sure on-boarding and off-boarding processes are implemented properly, timely and in a legally compliant manner.
- Inform job applicants about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval.
- Oversee hiring process, which includes posting jobs, screening and short-listing resumes, coordinating assessment process and interviews with respective department heads, collecting needed documentation and performing reference checks.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, as needed.
- Administer on-the-job training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
- Administer employees’ Health Insurance programs.
- Coordinate employees’ annual performance evaluation process and participate in review sessions.
- Maintain and update as needed organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation and related legal framework.
- Consult management on HR related matters and serve as a liaison between staff and management.
YOU

YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in human resources management, legal studies, public administration, or other relevant fields.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management.
- Excellent knowledge of the Armenian Labor Legislation and related legal requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong IT Skills, knowledge of MS Office and HR-related software.
- Very good understanding of recruitment processes and innovative HR mechanisms & processes.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with effective techniques in managing human resources and promoting organizational culture.
- Innovation and creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Outstanding time-management skills.
- Great team player.
- Proficiency in Armenian and English languages, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highest sense of responsibility and attention to details.
