Mortgage Adviser

Main job responsibilities:

• Meeting with potential customers attracted by Mortgage and Financial advisors, provision of advice
• Collection of information and documents necessary for loan disbursement
• Survey of location of the property to be pledged/acquired
• Customer creditworthiness assessment
• Submission of the loan to the approving authority
• Participation and support in processing collateral registration
• Loan disbursement and further control
• Monitoring
• Ensuring regular renewal of insurance policies

Required qualifications:

• Higher education, preferably in economics and finance
• 1 and more years of work experience is a must, experience in banking will be an asset
• Knowledge of sales mechanisms and tools
• Good command of Russian and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
