Marketing Specialist

Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan is looking for a Marketing Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all marketing campaigns for the hotel and its outlets (spa, café, restaurant)
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Ensure the company communicates the right messaging to target audiences
• Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies to maximize effectiveness
• Conduct thorough analyses of market trends and prepare forecasts to inform decision-making
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Plan and coordinate shoots to capture compelling images of the hotel's facilities, amenities, and guest experiences
• Create engaging video content, including reels, promotional videos
• Develop content for various marketing channels, including website pages, social media captions, and email newsletters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
• Knowledge of PS and AI is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
