Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

• Managing marketing campaigns
• Plan and create yearly/monthly marketing activity plan for brands
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns
• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with vendors
• Preparing monthly reports to negotiate with vendors
• Negotiate new and existing vendor contracts
• Research vendors to find the best products and prices available within a market
• Fallow up the budget
• Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments

Additional responsibilities

• Manage and oversee social media / digital content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Monitor SEO and suggest content optimization
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
• Engaging new suppliers for POS material production

Requirements

Knowledge

• Higher education, in Marketing, Economics or other related field;
• At least 2+ years of work experience as a Marketing Specialist;
• Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages;
• Skills in negotiating with foreign partners;
• Knowledge of modern methods of market research and sales promotion
• Computer program excellent literacy: MS Office (advanced level of Excel), 1C;

• Ability to prioritize tasks/projects and thereby create focus;
• Strong analytical and time management skills;
• Ability to identify the critical issues, clarify objectives and set goals;
