Logistic Coordinator /evening shift

Description

Canadian-based trucking company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Yerevan, to work with Canadian Customers by phone and email.

Working hours Monday to Friday from (summer time 16:00 - 01:00 night Yerevan Time)․

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with Logistics Companies and Shippers to obtain best rates for loads and service Customer needs.
• Generate new leads and find loads using LoadLink (dispatcher software).
• Book, schedule coordinate, track and trace and enter loads.
• Dispatch and assist drivers & carriers on routes, ensuring accurate recording of arrival and departure times.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong command of English (both verbal and written).
• Track shipments from P/U to Delivery and provide up-to-date information to Customers.
• Maintain regular communication with shippers and receivers.
• Dispatch pickups and deliveries to the drivers.
• Assign trips and movements in the system.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Stable, steady work.

Requirements

• Previous logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred.
• Exceptional English verbal communication skills effectively.
• Verbal Communication – Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Must have previous inside sales experience.
• Must have cold-calling⁄business development experience.
• Outbound call experience.
• Customer service skills.
• High degree of telephone etiquette, confidence, and professionalism in interacting with customers and carrier partners.
