Junior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

ARGE BUSINESS LLC is looking for a motivated Junior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our Finance Department.

You will be responsible for improving the analytical function of Finance and providing decision support throughout all business areas. If you are passionate about Finance and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Assistance in financial analysis and appraisal of all revenue streams.
• Assistance in financial analysis and appraisal of sales prices, discounts, and vendor’s prices.
• Assistance in financial analysis and appraisal of marketing expenses.
• Assistance in planning and budgeting sub-processes.
• Participation in cost calculations, expense recording, and checking.
• Assistance in product and customer profitability assessment.
• Assistance in preparing financial statements.
• Assistance in preparation of meetings.

Requirements

• Higher education in Finance or Economics,
• At least 1+ years of work experience in a relevant role in the Finance department,
• The ACCA qualification will be in plus,
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly an advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint,
• Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance, and provide appropriate direction to other team members,
• The ability to quickly and accurately review data from multiple sources,
• Strong analytical and time management skills,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
