JI Pepsi-Cola Bottler LLC is looking for IT Specialist to support our IT department.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and implement Company IT Support
• Develop and update IT policies
• Manage user access for internal systems
• Troubleshoot Systems and Hardware
• Manage Information Security
• Manage Databases
• Ensure the quality and uninterrupted operation of email services
• Coordinate the purchase and distribution of PC hardware to employees
• Installing new software and hardware components
• Assisting with network administration tasks
• Maintain the company's internal telephone network
• Help with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including installation all new technology for the company or for new hires (e.g., computer operating systems, software programs and applications)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• 3+ work experience as an IT specialist
• Professional knowledge of network technologies, in-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN management (cabling, Internet connection and security, IP4, routers, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Unix operating system (Ubuntu, Linux, Fedora and FreeBSD) and MS server management experience (Domain Controller, Active Directory, etc.);
• Maintain WEB/Mail/DNS servers
• Knowledge of virtual systems` Microsoft Virtual Server, VMware ESX Server, VMware Server
• Work experience with copier equipment
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
