JI PEPSI-COLA BOTTLER LLC is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly-motivated professional to join our team and be responsible for internal control for all processes.

Պարտականություններ

• driving and supporting management’s proportional ownership consistent with GCS requirements;
• validation of control effectiveness through facilitation of regular audits/testing of business control activities;
• communications to management on identified gaps in controls and/or control deficiencies ensuring timely mitigation and remediation actions;
• facilitate regular risk awareness (incl. fraud risk) within the assigned scope of responsibility
• ensure mitigation of company’s risk by identifying control opportunity areas and facilitation of new control procedures to meet control objectives; deliver an efficient controls universe
• responsible for the supporting business on change agenda from internal control and risk perspective;
• responsible for coordination and governance over timely remediation of deficiencies identified including addressing audit the points within scope of responsibility;
• ensuring an appropriate level of training is provided to process executives, process owners, and control owners;

Պահանջներ

• Higher education
• Min 2 years experience in Finance (controlling), business process reengineering or consulting or Auditing
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Conflict management
• Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian
