Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Incoming Tour Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative expertise and a passion for travel, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Below are the key requirements for this role:

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed itineraries for incoming tours, including transportation, accommodation, dining, and sightseeing activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for guests, providing information about tour details, addressing queries, and resolving issues.
  • Provide clients with pre-tour information, including schedules, packing lists, and other relevant details.
  • Handle any issues or complaints from tourists promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Offer local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the tourists’ experience and ensure their needs are met.
  • Confirm and oversee hotel bookings, ensuring that all accommodation arrangements meet the agreed standards and requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to tours, including contracts, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, preparing itineraries, and managing tour documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal(English and Russian).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
