Description

Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee our talent acquisition process and contribute to the growth of our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talents to ensure our company maintains its high-quality standards and meets its staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the talent acquisition process, including screening CVs, conducting interviews, updating internal systems.
  • Standardize processes, documents, reports, and forms including but not limited to the formulation of appropriate Job Advertisements, Recruitment Forms, etc.
  • Recruit employees while ensuring alignment with position requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet recruitment goals.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas and improvements to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with universities and other talent sources to attract top candidates.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance attraction and talent selection methods.
  • Management of personnel document circulation.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Russian languages is essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruiting role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases (knowledge of 1C is a must).
  • Experience utilizing social media and other recruitment techniques for business development.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to achieve both group and individual goals.
  • Effective communication skills.
