Caucasus Holidays is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and expand our presence in the international travel market. As a B2B incoming tour operator specializing in cultural, walking & trekking, adventure & actve, wine & gastronomy tours in Armenia and Georgia, we are looking for a creative and strategic professional to develop marketing campaigns, manage digital content, and build strong industry partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to strengthen Caucasus Holidays' brand presence in the B2B travel industry.
• Manage the company’s website, ensuring engaging and up-to-date content.
• Oversee social media channels, creating and scheduling relevant content.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with partners.
• Optimize SEO strategies to increase online visibility.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Develop blog articles, and other PR materials to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for websites, brochures, and campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative mindset.
