Dear network, I am looking for customer-oriented support specialists to join our lovely team of young and enthusiastic online support agents, who work with a regular load of 40 hours during the week including 2-night shifts. The work is from the office in the very heart of Yerevan. Native level of English is required (C1-C2)


  • Answer incoming calls and chats

  • Respond to email and text messages

  • Answers various types of reservation inquiry requests on Zendesk (unifying replying platform)

  • Troubleshoot website issues and escalate to the technical team

  • Research required information using available resources

  • Submit evidence for disputed charges in hour payment processes platform

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

  • Identify and escalate priority issues

  • Document all call information according to standard operational procedures

  • Performs other additional tasks from supervisors/managers and from channels


  • High proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Solid communication and excellent interpersonal skills
