Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition – Your primary goal will be to bring in new customers and expand our client base.
  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Proactively reach out to potential clients and carriers to expand our network.
  • Customer Service – Assist clients with their logistics needs professionally and efficiently.
  • Clarify Customer Requirements – Ensure smooth communication and accurate service delivery.
  • Relationship Building – Establish and maintain strong connections with clients and carriers.
  • Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to enhance business strategies.

Requirements

  • No Prior Experience Required – We provide full training for new employees.
  • Fluent English (Written & Spoken) – Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Quick Adaptability – Ability to manage dynamic situations and make smart decisions.
  • High Responsibility – Commitment to delivering quality work and meeting expectations.

Working Hours: 5 PM – 1 AM (Yerevan Time)
