Globbing is looking for a Customer Advisor who will work at our Service Center, providing the best quality service to our clients. Please note that there are two shifts - 9:30-18:30 and 13:00-22:00.

Պարտականություններ

• Identify customer needs and answer customer queries
• Introduce the services provided by the company
• Assist customers with creating virtual accounts with the company and making online purchases
• Explain features, advantages and benefits of the services offered by the company
• Accept cash and credit card payments made by customers
• Conduct cross sales activities by offering alternative and supplementing products to customers based on customer needs
• Assist customers to pick up their received orders
• Other duties as assigned

Պահանջներ

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year of related experience
• Fluent in English, Russian and Armenian
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Be comfortable working with customers
• Be confident, helpful and polite
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be creative and proactive in generating new ideas and initiatives for improvements
• Be honest and hardworking
• Knowledge of Internet Search Engines
