Content Quality Specialist

Job Description

We are developing an educational mobile app for the U.S. market that helps users prepare for the driver's license exam through engaging lessons and practice tests.

We are looking for a sharp, fast-learning, detail-oriented content specialist to help us create and refine driving test content. The most important qualities for this role are clear thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn new tools and approaches quickly. You do not need to be an AI expert — if you think well and learn fast, we will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to generate drafts, then review, improve, and finalize the content
• Use AI tools to build and verify tests and content against the relevant legal/official sources
• Look for ways to automate repetitive tasks as much as possible
• Starting from the general educational content and a given state's Driver Handbook, create new video content and a matching question set tailored to that state
• Review final videos produced by the Motion Designer and check that they match the intended content, flagging any issues clearly
• Refine, verify, and translate (with AI) everything related to the educational content of our app
• Generate supporting videos and images using AI tools

Requirements

• Clear, structured thinking — the ability to break a problem down and tell what matters from what doesn't
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong English comprehension (reading and listening), at least B2 level
• Minimal experience using AI tools
• Ability to learn new tools and methods quickly and apply them in new situations
• Ability to review and improve draft content independently
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality

A plus (not required)

• Strong AI usage skills
• Experience creating quizzes, test questions, or educational content
• Knowledge of road rules (especially U.S. road rules)
• A valid driver's license (especially a U.S. license)
• Driving experience (especially in the U.S.)

Salary

The monthly salary ranges from 300,000 to 800,000 AMD. The exact amount depends on the candidate's skills, level of English, ability to work independently with AI tools, attention to detail, and any of the "plus" qualifications listed above. Stronger candidates start higher, and there is room to grow as your skills develop.
