COMMERCIAL MANAGER FOR OUR SECOND HAND SHOPS

Yerevan, Armenia

Responsibilities

• Fully in charge of the wholesale and retail chain of second-hand clothing shops;
• Successful daily operation and expansion;
• Control the sales function and coordinate the marketing activity (including social media);
• Advance goods orders;
• Analyse and manage financial performance;
• Plan and execute the budget;
• Prepare financial reports;
• Research market and analyse competitors;
• Control quality of customer service;
• Deal with shop staff: recruitment, training, dismissal etc.;
• Prepare proposals for sales processes optimisation and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in sales leadership role in wholesale/retail;
• Working experience in clothes retail is a must;
• Good knowledge of modern fashion essentials;
• Fluency in English ;
• IT literacy;
• High level of self-motivation, precision and commitment to results;
• Honest, hard worker, helpful and result orientated personality;
• Driving licence.
