Description
We are looking for a responsible Project Assistant to perform a variety of tasks. Duties of the Project/Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in project period with veriaty of tasks and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Support team by performing tasks related to project organization and strong communication.
- Develop the staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Languages/Finance/Business administration
- Working experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, Corel Draw
- Excellent oral and written communication skills of Armenian, Russian, English languages. Italian language will be welcome

Working days: Mon-Fri, from 10 am to 18pm
