We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO
- Manage workflow within the organization (monitoring tasks delegation/completion progress)
- Supervise incoming and outgoing communication.
- Screen calls enquiries and requests and deal with them when appropriate.
- Manage constant relationships with partners and ensure quality communication
- Make translations from English into Russian and Armenian in written form
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO or other executives.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, pre-meeting briefings and record minutes of the meeting
- Higher education
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under time pressure/multitasking
- Proven interpersonal & communication (presentation/negotiation) skills
