Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow within the organization (monitoring tasks delegation/completion progress)
  • Supervise incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Screen calls enquiries and requests and deal with them when appropriate.
  • Manage constant relationships with partners and ensure quality communication
  • Make translations from English into Russian and Armenian in written form
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO or other executives.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, pre-meeting briefings and record minutes of the meeting

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure/multitasking
  • Team-player
  • Proven interpersonal & communication (presentation/negotiation) skills
