We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us create and expand our clientele in Armenia. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


  • Research and identify business opportunities in Armenia - including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Draw up client contracts
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
  • Help to plan sales campaigns
  • Create a sales pipeline
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
  • Set goals and develop plans for business and sales growth

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related field
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
  • Fluency in Armenian and English
  • Negotiating skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports
  • Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
