Job Description

FH Health is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition who will make an impact on our recruitment and people-focused initiatives. You’ll help ensure jobs are posted, candidates are screened and have great experience in our recruitment process. You’ll support other onboarding initiatives including performance management, training, ad hoc projects related to people, HR, and admin needs.


  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies
  • Write, post jobs and manage applicants, seeking other avenues to maintain a strong applicant flow
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of pro-active methods as well as applicants to open roles with a concentration on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles
  • Building effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent for present and forecasted hires
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates in our pipeline
  • Proactively seek ways to improve the employee experience: implement new tools, modify processes, or identify redundancies
  • Maintain employer brand profiles and engage with external vendors and partners
  • Other related duties as assigned


  • A passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • 5+ years of candidate side recruitment experience
  • Well versed in job posting on a multitude of platforms
  • The ability to build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Multi-tasking and the ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a desire to learn
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an innate sense of urgency
  • Must possess the ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively
