inOne is looking for a creative, hard-working, experienced Sales Manager to join its enthusiastic team.
The sales manager should work with the sales team and B2B partners to present and sell inOne services. Keep a warm relationship and take the responsibility to support businesses related to provided services.
Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Working with HORECA businesses
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
BS/BA degree or equivalent
3+ years experience as a sales representative selling IT services
Knowledge of various sales techniques like SPIN, SNAP, etc...
Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
English and Russian languages
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Experience in sales management systems like HubSpot, PipeDrive... is a plus
