Coordinate Finance function by working together with senior management and business line supervisors.
Support management decisions by creating an objective and transparent view backed by financial data.
Manage all internal financial reporting, including cost center reporting, client results, based on the monthly accounting information.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Prepare and publish timely monthly management reporting.
Support senior management with financial analyses and business models.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reports.
Develop and ensure the consistent application of internal policies, processes and procedures for cost controlling, budgeting, financial planning and reporting, also providing technical support when needed.
Support finance and accounting teams during month-end and year-end close process.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Collaborate with and manage external accounting providers.
Consult other administrative departments in terms of cost and taxes allocation, calculations.
Analyze financial results and elaborates suggestions based on planned versus actual figures.
Coordinate annual audit work papers in collaboration with the finance team.
Review inter-company billings to the parent company, including the follow up of payments:
Manage the entire payment process.
Make sure that the invoices are being issues in a timely manner to the Company's clients according to the information received from senior management and coordinate the follow-up of accounts receivables.
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Proven working experience as a manager/ senior of the controlling department.
At least 3 years of overall combined controlling and finance experience.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience in creating management reporting and/ or financial statements, exposure to senior management presentations.
Strong communication skills and ability to present financial information effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
Strong organizational and team management skills.
Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
