Carrefour Armenia is seeking for IT clerk to fill a full existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the I.T. Manager in maintaining the systems in the store.
  • Responsible for the troubleshooting of all “Software and Hardware” in the store (Support Level-1)
  • Ensure proper I.T. Support for all the store users (Support Level-1)
    Help maintain user files on the server in a safe manner
  • Ensure that back-ups are done on a regular basis to avoid any loss of files
  • Ensure off-site storage tapes on scheduled timing
  • Assist in performing “System user maintenance” on a monthly basis 
  • Assist the I.T Manager in assuring that all entry of devices, device error logs, periodical tests
  • Assets disposal are properly maintained and followed up as per the standard
  • Be a model of Carrefour / Majid Al Futtaim Retail management system & company’s corporate policies
  • Ensure the circulation of information within the hierarchy
  • Help I.T. Manager in training & supervising staff
