Odessi Group is looking for creative, forward-thinking, and organized Google Products (Google AdWords, Google Analytics) and social media specialist to join our team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media. A person who will be responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing our products and services, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing, and search engine optimization, designing, and implementing online products. 

The ideal candidate will also perform consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers via the Internet, including digital sales executive, SEO marketer, and online marketing manager, translating business goals into successful SEO campaigns, analyze the performance of SEO efforts and help clients increase search engine rankings for their websites.romotions and e-mail campaigns.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams from the Head office
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
  • Generate, edit, publish and share content daily
  • Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
  • Create and implement a social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring SEO campaigns
  • Analyzing and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Supervising content marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing social media networks (for traffic, awareness, and sales)
  • Coordinate the activities of all digital campaigns

  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Stay up to date with digital media developments
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Maintain a digital dashboard of several different accounts

Required qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a social media or digital media and marketing specialist or similar role specialist
  • social media strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, google+, Viber, and other social media best practices
  • ability to create posts for social networks
  • understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • familiarity with web design and publishing
  • knowledge of project management and web design best practices
  • understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase
  • effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • fluent knowledge of English for contacting with head office staff
  • an ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • solid knowledge of photoshop, final cut pro, premiere pro, audacity or other media editing
