Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the proper reception 
  • Greet and direct the visitors to the relevant lessee
  • Response to incoming calls
  • Connect callers to appropriate department/contact
  • Pass urgent messages to addresses
  • Ensure proper mailing with the employees
  • Perform the administrative tasks related to the department
  • Receive and register and distribute all incoming correspondence
  • Register letters for management
  • Send letters via post-office or international couriers
  • Receive and register packages
  • Reporting on a weekly, monthly basis
  • Report on accidents in Reception
  • Assist in solving issues in Reception
  • Perform other clerical tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • Computer literacy
  • Understanding of administrative work principles
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Passion, drive, and motivation to learn new things education
