Description and Responsibilities

  • Study and analyze multiple customer inquiries on technical issues and provide comprehensive information and guidance
  • Work with technical team on finding solutions to a variety of issues raised by customers
  • Do comprehensive research and analysis of information related to the field and provide corresponding reports 


  • Master’s degree in Engineering (field of electromechanics and related)
  • Written and verbal knowledge of English and Armenian
  • Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of MS Office and internet research mechanisms
  • Good data and information analysis skills

Long term with 3 months probation
