We are looking for a communicative Manager of client services who will be proactive and passionate about company services and the clients. The manager of client services will act as a point of contact for our clients developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and partners.
- Be the lead point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Monitor the hospitality field in Armenia, prepare and present proposals of our services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts with our clients and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Higher education in hospitality or a relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Front desk Manager, Reservation Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian languages
