We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to manage customer queries and complaints through various communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to listen actively to customer's questions, maintain a positive attitude and remain calm when customers are frustrated. Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels: phone, e-mail, chat, social media, or in person.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience in Customer Support.
  • Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian. Both written and oral.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Fast-learner
