As a Sales Manager, you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the company.
- Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agents Sales;
- A clear understanding of the hospitality business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals;
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship, network with companies;
- Knowledgeable of competitive set and recommends sales/pricing strategies, service improvements to stay competitive;
- Develops appropriate revenue/production goals for the sales;
- Creates an annual Business Plan.
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales (hospitality);
- Proven success in a similar role and environment;
- Strong Selling Skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills of Armenian, English, and Russian;
- Pride and attention to detail;
- Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up;
- Capacity to work independently;
- Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
