GuestMe is looking for an experienced B2B sales manager to accomplish the company's sales goals. As a Sales Manager, you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the company.


  • Researching, pursuing and developing high level and long-term business relationships;
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales;
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship, network with customers;
  • Knowledgeable of competitive set and recommends sales/pricing strategies, service improvements to stay competitive;
  • Analyzing large data sets in order to optimize campaigns a negotiate terms;
  • Advancing and establishing new opportunities within existing relationships and defining revenue opportunities;
  • Researching new business opportunities and building them from scratch.

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in sales (hospitality is preferable);
  • Proven success in a similar role and environment;
  • Strong Selling Skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills of Armenian and Russian;
  • Pride and attention to details;
  • Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up;
  • Capacity to work independently;
  • Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
