GuestMe is looking for an experienced B2B sales manager to accomplish the company's sales goals. As a Sales Manager, you are responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the company.
- Researching, pursuing and developing high level and long-term business relationships;
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship, network with customers;
- Knowledgeable of competitive set and recommends sales/pricing strategies, service improvements to stay competitive;
- Analyzing large data sets in order to optimize campaigns a negotiate terms;
- Advancing and establishing new opportunities within existing relationships and defining revenue opportunities;
- Researching new business opportunities and building them from scratch.
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales (hospitality is preferable);
- Proven success in a similar role and environment;
- Strong Selling Skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills of Armenian and Russian;
- Pride and attention to details;
- Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up;
- Capacity to work independently;
- Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
