Baklachoff restaurant chain is looking for an active, enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Specialist, who will closely work with our creative team.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle whole recruitment processes: posting a job, organizing interviews, following up on candidates, initiating hiring processes;
- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures;
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status, manage the employee database;
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties;
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR specialist (additional HR training is a plus);
- Understanding of general human resources and recruitment policies, procedures;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes will be plus;
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact, communicate and present new ideas;
- Creative and exciting thinking;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Time planning and maintenance of deadlines.
About us:
Baklachoff Collection is a big restaurant chain mainly based in Armenia. The main office is located at Tigran Mets 54B (near Sasuntsi Davit metro station).
Working schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00-19:00, Saturday 10:00-16:00.
