The Role:
Teach For Armenia is looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) in order to advise the organization as it continues to strengthen its internal data systems & processes. In particular, we aim to contract with the MEL Consultant to help Teach For Armenia design an external study in order to evaluate the organization’s impact on learning & community innovation. The external study would be done in partnership with an external research institution.
The Team:
Given the strategic importance of conducting an external study of the organization’s impact, the MEL Consultant will report directly to the Deputy CEO of Teach For Armenia, and will collaborate with the CEO and Managing Director of Program in designing the study. Additionally, the MEL Consultant will work closely with the Learning & Innovation Team. In particular, the MEL Consultant will advise the organization’s existing Data & Impact Manager to further strengthen Teach For Armenia’s internal data systems, procedures, & processes.
