Senior HR Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist in Zigzag, you will be one of the key professionals bridging multiple stakeholders in the company working together to achieve our strategic goals. You will be involved in the full cycle of multiple HR functions and be a driving force in building a healthy and professional culture.

What you will be doing

• Participate in developing/implementing an effective HR Management strategy
• Ensure the efficiency of HR Management processes
• Lead the entire recruitment process from A-Z
• Ensure proper onboarding and probation management of new hires
• Develop and organize employees’ development and training plans in collaboration with managers of departments
• Participate in one-on-one meetings and feedback sessions
• Do employee satisfaction and other surveys and suggest solutions for ongoing improvement
• Participate in organizing diverse team-related activities, events (training, team-building, etc.)
• Keep track on HR data and do regular reporting on HR Metrics
• Support in implementing other HR functions as needed, etc.

What you need for this role

• Knowledge and experience of developing HR Management processes and policies
• 4 + years of progressive and successful HR experience (Employer Branding, Recruitment, Performance Management, T&D, etc.)
• Higher educational Background (Business management, economics or HR Management will be a big plus)
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Digital Savvy
• Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
• Knowledge of Armenian labor laws, regulations, and best practices
• Knowledge of the 1C program will be a plus.
